Our Return Policy

All sales of engraved items are final sale.  We stand behind our engraving work and any errors
on our part will be addressed immediately. A new engraved item will be sent to you as soon as
possible.

All other items must be returned in new condition and never been used.  Return authorization
must be requested within 14 days.  The item must then be shipped back to us immediately.

All clearance and sale items are final sale.
